I came to this shop specifically to try a cup of the Alo Morke Ethiopia Single Origin, only to be told after I had already paid that they had run out of that particular coffee and that the next batch was still degassing. I asked about their Panelita Mexican, but the barista mentioned it wasn’t her favorite and instead recommended the El Diviso Colombian Single Origin. Unfortunately, it was a real letdown. The tasting notes describe it as having a “bright berry acidity,” but in my experience, the acidity was extremely strong and overpowering—to the point that I simply didn’t find the coffee enjoyable. For an $8 cup of coffee, I expected a much better experience. That being said, the ladies working the counter were very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. The shop itself also has a nice, bright atmosphere. What disappointed me just as much as the coffee, however, was the interaction—or lack of interaction—with the owner. He passed right by me, close enough that I practically had to move out of the way, without so much as a “good morning” or “how’s your coffee?” Shortly afterward, I watched him warmly greet and chat with people he knew. this was a bit disappointing for me...i don't get the hype tbh their seasonal drink "spring into action" was comically tiny. it's espresso with orange juice topped with a strawberry vanilla matcha cloud, but the sourness and sweetness from the oj completely overpowered everything else. i also ordered a lavender latte that was rlly watered down and the coffee was pretty weak

I was on my way to meet up with some friends in Sugar Land one Sunday morning and I figured I should try some local coffee. This spot came recommended, so, I figured I would check it out The coffee shop is tucked away behind some office buildings and situated just outside a residential area. The exterior is nothing flashy, but as I walked up I noticed several people enjoying their coffee outside and enjoying the beautiful Houston Spring weather The exterior was chic and cozy. There is a variety of coffee types to try a you can order beans, merch, and other coffee items to the right when you walk in. There’s also a space in the back with machinery where they most likely do much of the coffee prep work and R&D. The order counter is simplistic, clean, and almost futuristic in vibe. There is plenty of indoor seating, but there were a bunch of people dining in and it made me feel a bit claustrophobic with most tables full, a bit of a line, and people waiting on their order. It’s not a huge space, and I wish I could have seen it more empty an chill. Either way it’s probably a great place to study or have a meet up with a friend or two You can order pretty much any classic coffee drink

BlendIn Coffee Club is one of my favorite spots now! The latte was smooth and perfectly made, and the croissant was fresh and flaky. You can tell they care about quality. The staff was welcoming and the vibe was calm and relaxing. Great place to study, work, or just enjoy a good coffee. Highly recommend!

Great coffee stop for a quick recharge. The store is clean, well-decorated, with inside and outside seating. Staff is friendly. And most importantly- the coffee tasted excellent. We had the doppio and the cappuccino and a lavender macaroon to bring some sweetness, and it was great. Definitely recommend BlendIn.
